Jen Ross is responsible for all new business and partnership opportunities at STAR HARBOR. She is a connector of people, companies, and mutual interests anywhere in the world.

Prior to joining the STAR HARBOR™ team, Jen created and built Crux Partners, an all female public affairs firm with a national and international clientele for 6 years. She was the lead for identifying, cultivating, and negotiating all new business opportunities at Crux Partners.

Jen was a strategic advisor for startup businesses seeking funding, dealing with policy issues, and increasing their connections and profile. She was responsible for selling and project managing an active partnership with a global technology company specializing in cybersecurity incident prevention and mitigation to provide a complete offering of services. She developed strategy and presence to promote products, define milestones, and build reputations as thought leaders in their disciplines by serving as lead partner of strategy, message, development, media relations, and thought leadership.

In addition to running her own company, Jen has over 15 years experience in the political arena some of which was spent in Washington D.C. working for Representative Brian Bilbray (CA-50) who served on Science, Space, and Technology and Energy and Commerce committees. 

Jen graduated with a political science degree from San Diego State University and is also a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College.
