MARCIE MCSWANE

VP, Government Affairs

Marcie McSwane specializes in numerous client issues including aerospace, health care, tax, Social Security, energy, special education, veterans, oceans and the international pet trade.

Marcie is a Capitol Hill veteran with over 15 years on the public and private side of federal policy-making. Much of her time in DC was spent working with former Ways & Means Committee members, Congressmen Ray McGrath (R-NY-05) and Tom Downey (D-NY-02) at a multi-client, bipartisan lobbying firm—allowing her to manage multiple accounts spanning an array of issues, and advocate for those interests on both sides of the aisle.

While on the Hill, Marcie worked for former Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX-01), previously an active member on the Judiciary Committee, and Rep. Frank Lucas (R-OK-03), the current Chairman of the Science, Space & Technology Committee and former Chairman of the Agriculture Committee.

At the beginning of 2019, Marcie began a new venture and opened her own lobbying firm where she has continued her efforts advocating on behalf of her clients. In addition to her work as a consultant, Ms. McSwane serves on the boards of the National Republican Club of Capitol Hill (also known as the Capitol Hill Club) and the Texas State Society (and voted in to be president in 2025).

In her private life, Marcie and her family have led multiple public campaigns to change the mental health system nationally and in the state of Texas. She is originally from Tyler, TX and graduated from Texas A&M University.
