MATT ANDERSON

MSc, MA, Colonel USAF (Ret) - Advisory Board Member

Matt Anderson joined STAR HARBOR in February 2022 as an Advisory Board Member, where he is responsible for providing strategic advice in support of STAR HARBOR’s mission expertise to the national security sector.

Matt also serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Space Force Association (SFA), and Vice President, Client Executive to the US Space Force for CACI International, Inc. The Space Force Association is a member-based, private non-profit that supports our nation’s newest military branch. CACI International Inc. is a 22,000-person, Fortune 500 national security company that provides unique expertise and distinctive technology to a variety of government customers.

Matt served over 24 years in the United States Air Force, culminating his career as the United States Transportation Command’s Senior Liaison Officer to North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), and United States Space Command (USSPACECOM).

Matt graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He also holds a Master of Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Aeronautical Science and a Master of Art degree from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs in Leadership and Counseling. He is a command pilot with over 4,800 flight hours in the C-17, T-1, T-6 and T-37 aircraft.

He lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado with his wife, Christine, and daughters, Kayla and Lauren.
